BIOGRAFIA
KaMa è un’artista soul dalla voce viscerale e profonda, capace di toccare
l’anima di chi ascolta. Cantante e cantautrice bilingue eclettica, la cui
caratteristica principale è l’alternanza di vari registri vocali che la portano ad
abbracciare numerosi stili.
Ha costruito il suo percorso musicale nel Regno Unito, formandosi sotto la
guida di artisti britannici come Noel Robinson (Gospel award), Jill Cooper,
Fabio D’Andrea e Troy Miller (produttore di Gregory Porter e batterista di Amy Winehouse) e Ian Mackenzie (Ronnie Scott Jazz Orchestra), Les Getrex, Jonn
Finn, Luca Fiore, David Millingan.
Ha studiato presso la BIIM Music Institute dove si è laureata con
riconoscimento della London College of Music.
Negli anni ha conseguito Masterclass con Lalah Hathaway, Jessi J, Norma
Winstone, Abraham Laboriel, Ian Shaw, Karima, Elisabetta Prodon, Pietro
Praticò.
Inoltre, molti suoi brani sono stati trasmessi in diverse radio (London One,
Norba) e TV (RAI - The Voice, Canale 7, Rete 7) e Festival.
Negli ultimi anni si è trasferita a Torino e sta continuando ad
approfondire canto Jazz presso il Conservatorio di Torino sotto la guida di
Barbara Raimondi.
Ha collaborato con artisti di rilievo della scena torinese e italiana come Davide
Shorty, Johnson Righeira, Blackrockstar, Gianluca Palazzo, Stefania Tasca,
Gianni Virone, Cesare Mecca, Manuel Moscaritolo, Alberto Scarano, Marco
Cerrato, Emanuele Sartoris, Simone De Venuto, Angelo Viviani, Gionathan,
Doncare, GroovHertz, Martin Craig, Paul Zogno, Davide Crisci, Giulio Nobile,
Diego Sergi, Tommaso Cammarotto, Riccardo D’angelo con alcuni dei quali
è impegnata nella realizzazione del suo nuovo album Neo Soul: "Picasso - The
art of loving", un progetto autobiografico che segna la sua rinascita artistica e
personale con la Label Attica Records sotto la guida di Stefania Tasca.

Secret Place" è un rifugio sonoro tra sogno e realtà, dove il bambino interiore si nasconde e vive,nonostante realtà dure di pressione,persecuzione o difficoltà. Un brano che fonde British Pop e Soul per raccontare la ricerca di senso e del proprio sè in un mondo frenetico e di apparenze. È un invito a riscoprire uno spazio autentico, nascosto ma vivo, dove l’anima può respirare e ritrovare la spinta verso l’evoluzione . Un luogo segreto che esiste dentro ognuno di noi, dove anche nei momenti più difficili possiamo ritrovare speranza e autenticità.
BIOGRAPHY
KaMa is a soul artist with a visceral and deep voice, capable of touching the
soul of anyone who listens. She is an eclectic bilingual singer and songwriter,
whose main feature is the alternation of various vocal registers, allowing her to
embrace numerous styles.
She built her musical journey in the United Kingdom, training under the
mentorship of British artists such as Noel Robinson (Gospel award), Jill
Cooper, Fabio D’Andrea, Troy Miller (producer of Gregory Porter and
drummer for Amy Winehouse), Ian Mackenzie (Ronnie Scott Jazz Orchestra),
Les Getrex, Jonn Finn, Luca Fiore, David Millingan.
She studied at the BIIM Music Institute, where she graduated with recognition
from the London College of Music. Over the years she has attended several workshops with Lalah Hathaway, Jessi J,
Norma Winstone, Abraham Laboriel, Ian Shaw, Karima, Elisabetta Prodon, Pietro
Praticò.
KaMa has been featured on various radio stations (London One, Norba) and TV
channels (RAI – The Voice, Canale 7, Rete 7) and Festivals.
After moving to Turin, she has deepened her knowledge of Jazz with
Barbara Raimondi at the conservatorio of Turin. Besides, she collaborated with
prominent artists from the Turin and Italian music scenes such as Davide
Shorty, Johnson Righeira, Blackrockstar, Gianluca Palazzo, Stefania Tasca,
Gianni Virone, Cesare Mecca, Manuel Moscaritolo, Alberto Scarano, Marco
Cerrato, Emanuele Sartoris, Simone De Venuto, Angelo Viviani, Gionathan,
Doncare, GroovHertz, Martin Craig, Paul Zogno, Davide Crisci, Giulio Nobile,
Diego Sergi, Tommaso Cammarotto, Riccardo D’angelo, and many more.
At the moment she is currently working on her new album: "Picasso - The Art
of Loving" a Neo Soul autobiographical project that marks her artistic and
personal rebirth with Attica Records under the guidance of Stefania Tasca.
