Today, effervescent producer/DJ/singer-songwriter duo Eli & Fur unleash the next single off their highly-anticipated album, ‘Dreamscapes’ - “Monsters”. Fusing ethereal lyricism with a dizzying atmosphere, “Monsters” emulates the introspective journey of losing yourself, within yourself; sonically echoing the push and pull between turmoil and tranquility.

As the track unfolds, swirling, hypnotic melodies pull listeners into an unpredictable whirlwind of sound, creating an inescapable sense of disorientation as if the ground beneath them is shifting. Infusing a sense of calm into the frenzy, Eli & Fur’s airy vocals offer a singular constant throughout the composition, effortlessly navigating the labyrinth of syncopated beats, fleeting thoughts and haunting memories. The duo’s warm and comforting lyric delivery offers a sense of familiarity that cuts through this chaos, emerging as an uplifting voice of reason anchored in reality. Reflective of our own mental explorations, “Monsters” comes to life as a universally connective reminder that these odysseys are not linear - they’re full of unexpected twists, turns and moments of levity, the profound convergence of internal unrest and enduring resolve.
Eli & Fur continue to push boundaries and develop their sound with ‘Monsters’ as they explore the world of drum and bass for the first time marking a complete sonic gear shift from the duo while remaining true to their signature sound.

From Eli & Fur: “‘Monsters’ is the dark side of things. When you’re in your head… in the corners you don’t want to be but find yourself in. You’re trying to numb things only to be forced to confront the darkest of fears that you can’t escape anymore. It’s a bit of a cry for help. One that will ring out until the day breaks."

Arriving on September 27th on [PIAS] Électronique, ‘Dreamscapes’ will invite listeners on an explorative odyssey into the next evolution of their sound, revealing their most authentic expression to date. The sophomore album by the London-born, LA-based duo, unfolds itself in the introspective, yet transformative spaces that come alive between the hours of dusk and dawn. In this nocturnal interlude, the veil between self and surroundings grows thin and time suddenly stands still. As the outside world fades away a sense of solace and sanctuary sets in, opening the door for the ordinary to give way to the extraordinary. An electrifying opus that tempts the intricate interplay of thoughts and emotions, Dreamscapes is a 15-track homage to the cathartic musings of our most solitary wanderings of all corners of the night and the flashes in between. Poised to transcend the traditional listening experience, this latest body of work further affirms Eli & Fur’s unparalleled ability to harmonize diverse musical elements with universally connective themes. More than an album, Dreamscapes is a feeling.

Rooted in over a decade of collaboration, each composition introduces a new - yet familiar - sensation to be discovered, offering a poignant demonstration of their songwriting prowess, artistic range and technical expertise. Through a fusion of their own hauntingly beautiful vocals and lyrics that resonate long after the music has stopped, the multi-disciplinary duo captivate the senses as they traverse the intricate dance of reality and reverie, masterfully navigating the edges of this lucid dream. A testament to their standing as fixtures on some of the world’s most prestigious stages, the album will also be accompanied by a 3-date headline live tour that will distill their palpable chemistry and entrancing sound into an exclusive run of performances in New York, Los Angeles and London.
