Dear Lunacy was founded by David Lunacy, an Italian artist with international aspirations, in the summer of 2023 and includes David Lunacy (vocals, rhythm guitar), Alessio Zampierolo (bass), Steel (lead guitar), Samuele Gentile (drums). The first songs were written by David Lunacy while after the first four songs and the founding of the band the various members also began to give their contribution. The genre is Punk-Rock with Rap and Trap influences and the songs, often developed as storytelling, speak of introspective and current themes that lead the listener both to ask questions but also to find comfort in the verses that express melancholy and anger with one eye however always aimed at better times.
